Brian Stueve, CPA, CITP, CISA
Brian is a Director with Moquist Thorvilson Kaufmann Kennedy & Pieper LLC (MTK). He is a results driven business leader with over 18 years experience in finance and information technology with a passion for working with organizations needing IT and/or finance project turnarounds to gain operational excellence and/or achieve compliance with regulatory requirements (SAS 70, SOX 404, etc.)
Prior to joining MTK, Brian worked and provided consulting services to a broad cross-section of privately and publicly held companies ranging in size from $100 thousand to over $40 billion in sales. He has served companies in industries including manufacturing, technology, retail, real estate, professional services and transportation.
Brian has a proven track record of providing sound advice by leveraging business and technical expertise against client needs and requirements. Brian’s 100% client advocate consulting approach has been instrumental in his success in retaining long-term relationships with his clients.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University, graduating Cum Laude. Since graduation, he has supplemented his accounting degree with numerous information technology courses. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Brian is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
