Michael T. Blazei, CPA
Michael (Mike) joined Moquist Thorvilson Kaufmann Kennedy & Pieper LLC as an audit manager in December 2004 and has over 23 years of public accounting experience with small and mid-sized public accounting firms. He has worked with a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, software leasing, retail, and wholesale, distribution, banking, and service. He also has extensive accounting experience with audits, reviews, compilations, and bookkeeping matters. Mike's tax experience includes corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Cloud State University where he graduated magna cum laude. He has membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mike is a former treasurer of the Wayzata Chamber of Commerce, is currently active in the TwinWest Chamber, and is a founding member of B2B Solutions; a collaborative team of independent businesses that provide the core expertise and services all businesses needs to succeed. Mike is also a Dale Carnegie graduate.
