Jan E. Bjork, JD, CPA
Jan is a tax partner with Moquist Thorvilson Kaufmann Kennedy & Pieper LLC, and has more than 20 years of experience in corporate, partnership and individual taxation and business consulting. Prior to joining the firm, Jan worked with the tax departments in the Minneapolis offices of Price Waterhouse and Grant Thornton. He has experience in numerous industry segments including manufacturing, service and construction. Jan has extensive experience with closely held businesses and related issues, including formation, acquisitions, multi-state issues, and ownership planning.
Jan has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the University of North Dakota. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association, and the Minnesota State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
