“By developing and nurturing a strong relationship with each of my clients I help business owners to define and achieve their goals. It is one of the most rewarding aspects of the accounting industry.”

Graduating from Cornell College in 1995, Christina began her career in the business office of a small engineering firm and in the payroll industry while continuing her studies. In November of 2001 she obtained her CPA license, joining Moquist Thorvilson Kaufmann & Pieper LLC a month later. She was promoted from staff accountant through the ranks to manager status.

“What I like most about MTK is the commitment to developing close long-term relationships with clients.”

Christina’s experience in the private sector has provided her with a unique perspective of the challenges owners face when running their business, resulting in a strong foundation for great communication with her clientele. Primarily working with our small to mid-size closely held businesses and their owners, Christina is involved in all aspects of a client’s business. This includes individual and business tax planning, accounting and assurance services, tax, compliance work, and retirement planning. Christina has developed a special niche at our firm as she consults with clients on their 401(k) plans and provides third party administration services for small qualified retirement plans. Her command of excellence in all endeavors drives Christina to provide only the best in quality and value for our clients, and this is recognized by those having the good fortune to work with her.
